First aid cover for the Highlands is just as important as anywhere else.
Deeply rooted in the region, we understand that smaller, rural events deserve the exact same high standard of care as major festivals. With 18 years of hands-on experience managing medical emergencies amidst the rugged, remote, and often unpredictable terrain of the Highlands, our team is uniquely equipped to handle the logistical and clinical challenges of isolated locations. We are qualified to national standards including First Responder Level 3, FREC3 and FREC4. We can supply alongside basic first aid kit AED and Oxygen.

Training

Recognizing the unique challenges of living in remote areas where emergency services may take longer to arrive, our informal sessions focus heavily on practical, hands-on practice. We know that physically practicing a skill is what truly builds the confidence needed to face life-threatening emergencies head-on, whether at home or in the heart of your village. We are happy to come along to your village hall, community group, mens shed etc. and help provide practical everyday first aid advice and practise.
While we do not provide formal, accredited courses, our ultimate goal is entirely focused on grassroots empowerment—ensuring that every Highland community can significantly increase its resilience, look out for one another, and save lives when every second counts.
